The spacious suites offered stunning views and top-notch amenities, but unfortunately, the housekeeping service was lacking, and the promised spa/hot tub was missing. the variety of dining options, including authentic Italian cuisine at Fontana, were a highlight, and the staff was generally friendly and attentive. However, the check-in process was marred by a lengthy wait, and I encountered issues with overcharging at check-out. Despite these setbacks, the hotel's convenient location near attractions and shopping outlets made it a decent choice for a relaxing getaway. Overall, the Biltmore Hotel Oklahoma has potential but needs to address some key areas to enhance the guest experience.
